To participate in the Skip-a-Pay program:

• Loans MUST be current
  
  

• Loans MUST be opened for 90 days and in good standing
  
  

• You must sign an OPT-IN form - (ask any One Source representative for a form or download and print below)
  
  

• You MUST choose either November or December (cannot skip-a-pay for both months)
  
  

• Forms MUST be signed and returned no later than: October 31, 2012 for the month of November or November 30, 2012 for the month of December
  
  
  Be advised that your loan term will be extended as a result of the skip-a-pay and that interest will continue to accrue for November or December. 
  
  Loan Not Eligible: Mechanics Lien, Home Improvement loans, Mortgages, FHA Home Improvement and CD secured loans.
  
   If you choose not to participate in our Skip-a-Pay program you may continue to pay your loans as you would every month.
